By acquiring, registering, or using a SOSMee device, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any of the provisions, we recommend not using our products or services.

The use of SOSMee devices and platform is authorized exclusively for:
- Identification of people, pets, or objects in case of emergency.
- Sharing contact and/or medical data securely.
- Personal or family use, without illicit, unauthorized commercial, or fraudulent purposes.

To activate a SOSMee device you must register providing truthful and updated data. You are responsible for keeping your account and password secure, as well as all activities performed from your account.
5. User responsibility
You are responsible for the content you enter in your SOSMee profile and guaranteeing that it does not infringe third-party rights or contravene current law. You may not enter false, offensive, or illegal information.
6. Refund Policy and Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your SOSMee product, you can request a return within the first 30 days of purchase for a full refund, provided the product is in original condition. Additionally, all our products have a 6-month legal warranty for manufacturing defects according to consumer law in Chile.
7. Limitation of liability
SOSMee shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages derived from the use or inability to use our products or services, except in cases established by law.
8. Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights related to the design, software, brands, and content of SOSMee are owned by us or our licensors, reproduction or use being prohibited without prior written authorization.
9. Modifications of terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will publish the new version on our website and indicate the update date.
10. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any dispute will be resolved by the competent courts of the city of Valparaíso.
